The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) has announced an extension of the application deadline for its flagship ‘No Fees Stress’ policy targeting tertiary students for the 2024/2025 academic year.
In a press release dated Thursday, July 31, 2025, the Fund confirmed that the new deadline for submitting applications for tuition reimbursement is now Thursday, August 7, 2025.
“This extension provides applicants with additional time to complete their submissions,” the SLTF stated.
However, the Fund emphasized that this would be the final extension, and no further grace period will be granted.
“Please note that this is the FINAL EXTENSION, and the deadline will NOT be extended further after August 7, 2025,” it clarified.
The SLTF is urging all eligible Ghanaian tertiary students to act swiftly and apply before the window closes to benefit from the ‘No Fees Stress’ initiative, which aims to reduce the burden of upfront fee payments.
“The SLTF remains committed to providing timely and accessible financial assistance to students across Ghana’s tertiary institutions,” the statement concluded.
