Launched on April 28, 2025, in Kumasi, the Adwumawura programme has attracted over 11,000 applications, with 8,000 in its first week, signaling strong youth interest in innovation and employment opportunities. The National Apprenticeship Programme, launched on April 30 in Tamale, will begin training its first cohort on August 12, 2025, focusing on vocational skills to enhance employability, as reported by JoyNews.
