Pepsodent Launches “Month of Smiles” Campaign Ahead of WOHD 2025
Throughout March, Pepsodent is set to light up Ghana with a “Month of Smiles” initiative in the lead-up to World Oral Health Day (WOHD) 2025 on March 20. In collaboration with the Ghana Dental Association (GDA), the campaign aims to make oral health a national priority under the theme, “Now Everyone Can #TalkToADentist.”
As part of this expansive effort, Pepsodent will offer free access to dental care through its Teledentistry service on WhatsApp, or by calling the toll-free number 0800161000. The goal is to instill good oral hygiene habits from an early age, ensuring a healthier future for Ghanaians.
The initiative will see activities unfolding across all 16 regions of Ghana, including dental screenings, educational sessions, and giveaways that emphasize the importance of maintaining healthy teeth and gums. In addition, Pepsodent is joining forces with partners such as Goldfields Ghana, the Ghana Education Service (GES), the Ghana Health Service (GHS), and the Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU) to extend its reach and impact.
March 20 will be the highlight of the campaign, as all stakeholders are set to convene in Accra for a grand celebration of oral health. The event promises to bring together communities, health professionals, and industry leaders to champion the cause of dental wellness.
