Osita Oparaugo Urges Ghanaian Youth to Prioritize Attitude in Job Training

Osita Oparaugo, founder of GetBundi and Doballi, inspired 3,000 Ghanaian youth at a Youth Employment Agency (YEA) training program launch for customer service and virtual administration, emphasizing attitude over skills, per Ghana News Agency. In his keynote, “Beyond Skills: The Attitude Edge in Contact Centre Hiring,” he highlighted six attitude pillars—commitment, accountability, teamwork, and excellence—that drive success in global remote jobs.

Oparaugo stressed, “Skills get you in the door, but attitude keeps you there.” GetBundi provides training, while Doballi links trainees to jobs. The Ghana youth training attitude focus aims to transform employability. Stay updated on this initiative and its impact on Ghana’s workforce!
