WR: 100 by 100 Donates 200 Bags of Cement to Support NDC Regional Office Project

Alhaji Jawad Mohammed Saeed Ali Chief Executive Officer of the 100 by 100 Family in Effiakuma in the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipality has donated 200 bags of cement and an undisclosed sum of money towards the construction of a regional office for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Western Region.

Presenting the items, Alhaji Jawad explained that the gesture forms part of efforts by young people to support the mobilisation of resources for the completion of the project.

“We got to hear of the construction of a party office, and as young people, we couldn’t sit unconcerned but to make a contribution. We understand the importance of contributing to society,” he said.

He emphasised that a functional and well-equipped regional office is vital for effective coordination of party activities, meetings, and strategic planning.

The donation was received on behalf of the party by the Regional Chairman, Nana Toku, who described the support as timely and crucial to advancing the party’s infrastructural development.

Public Relations Officer of the group, Suale Kobo, noted that the CEO has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to community development through similar initiatives.

According to him, Alhaji Jawad’s contributions go beyond philanthropy, serving as an inspiration to young people to actively support community and political development efforts.

Receiving the items, Nana Toku commended the donor for honouring his pledge and urged party members, supporters, and well-wishers to emulate the gesture.

“He made a promise to help the party when we reached out to him on building a party office. Indeed, he has fulfilled his word. We pray that his work flourishes so that he continues the good work,” he said.
