In an official statement released on Tuesday, hospital management addressed widespread allegations that the hospital may have breached medical confidentiality during the late artist’s care. The hospital firmly stated that all procedures, interactions, and medical protocols were conducted in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with Ghana’s Health Professions Regulatory Bodies Act.

“The care provided to Mr. Charles Kwadwo Fosu was delivered with professionalism, dignity, and strict confidentiality,” the statement emphasized.

The clarification follows rising speculation and accusations circulating on social media platforms alleging that sensitive medical information had been leaked. In response, The Bank Hospital announced an internal review to assess the circumstances surrounding the late singer’s admission and treatment. The goal, they said, is to further reinforce their commitment to patient privacy and care standards.

Hospital authorities also appealed to the public to avoid spreading misinformation and instead rely on credible news sources for verified updates regarding the situation.
